Wine
Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon is a textbook Penfolds Cabernet that sources grapes from multiple regions and vineyards.
First released in 1993 it is inspired by, and uses fruit demoted from, Penfolds Bin 707.
The wine is a response to the increasing availability of quality Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. It matures for 12 months in new and seasoned French and American oak.
Bright garnet, Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon is simultaneously light, full bodied and assertive. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
